We can offer a complete refund for any orders that have yet to be dispatched. For those that have, you can still return those products within 14 days, but you’ll only receive a refund on the cost of those products and not the postage cost that you originally paid. You’ll also be responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery yourself.
If you’ve received products that are damaged or faulty, and you inform us within 14 days, we will pay for their return cost ourselves and after receiving them send a like for like replacement back to you for no additional cost.

The majority of orders are sent within one working day of receiving them, however during busy periods this can be extended to two or three working days.
All orders within the UK are sent using first class delivery or as a parcel through Royal Mail. International orders are sent using standard delivery through Royal Mail.
