Under circumstances explained below, we do accept returns. In order to request and organise a return, please message us using the Contact Us form.
If you no longer wish to receive an order, please let us know as soon as possible. It is much easier to reverse before your order has been picked and dispatched.
If you receive an item that is faulty and not as advertised, you are entitled to either a replacement or full refund at our discretion if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will need to send back your products and receive proof of posting and tracking, should your order be lost in the mail. After we receive your package, we will either dispatch a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund.
If you have received an order which is as advertised and is not faulty, you can still request a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to post those items back, at your own expense, and after we receive them back we can issue a refund on your returned goods minus the postage cost you originally paid. Please obtain proof of posting and tracking incase your order is lost in the mail.
Please note that due to perishable or hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used jewellery or food and drink products.
